Opening for the 2026 tourist season, the new upper section of the park will add 105 new sites and offers elevated views across both Sunrise Beach and Sunset (Back) Beach — making it one of the best vantage points in town. The Ian Blair Memorial Boardwalk runs directly past this upper section, providing easy access along the coastline from the ANZAC Memorial to Sunset Beach, with views over the ocean and the Onslow Salt Jetty.
The caravan park is conveniently located close to the town centre, just a five-minute walk to the supermarket, hardware store and service stations to stock up on bait and ice for your next fishing trip. The Beadon Bay Hotel is only a short three-minute walk away for pub meals, while the Onslow Beach Club Restaurant offers a more upscale dining option from 7am daily.

Cancellation of booking 14 days or more before scheduled arrival: Deposit (i.e. one nights tariff) to be refunded in full, less a $21.00 cancellation fee. Alternatively, a credit may be issued for future bookings which must be used within 18 months of the original booking.
